Sliding Transfer Bench How To Stop Heat Transfer Through A Sliding Glass Door?

How to stop heat transfer through a sliding glass door? - sliding transfer bench

If someone (an idea to stop or minimize) the transfer of heat through a sliding glass door?

I live in Phoenix, AZ. I own a condominium with a sliding glass door to the backyard. During the day, I can heat through the glass. I have vertical blinds on the door, that part is the heat, but still very hot in the room.

The door is in the shadow of 95% of the time ... It is mainly hot air. To provide an additional shadow in front of it will not do much good.

All the ideas of other ways to keep warm? All I can add / set / set the door to stop heat transfer to?

Thank you!

Recently, evidence of a house in Texas. Do I have 'no' MWWTP equipment for all screens. There was a significant decrease in temperature in the house later. I have to do the job themselves, bought the unit and had to do on Saturday at 18 screens. When you first do is facilitate the work. My GF could not believe the difference. I'm not the screen behind the first door, so he can see and feel the difference, as he slid open and closed could.

The other option would be to determine the film with UV protective window. You can find the same stores, the materials, Lowes, Home Depot, ACE TRUVALUE, or rather are screening any hardware store. You can choose to complete the share of ink, and without reflection or mirror.

In any case, you will see a significant drop in your electricity bill. His fall from nearly 22% in February.

Hope this helps.

If you really want to see change, not so much for your windows.

A new sliding glass low-E coated insulating glass and a frame material that is energy efficient. Movies can not damage the window designed for such heat.

The conversion and "flip" We have heavy wooden shutters and even the curtains, but that was obviously out of sight, is a matter of personal taste.
I use heavy wooden shutters and when the sun is not window, you can open for fresh air, I choose this over the air conditioning.

You can hang this bamboo curtain outdoor ceiling hang Rool or, if you do not need during the heat of the day, or perhaps some of the reflective film

if u want to reduce heat transfer .... I have a good idea
When you buy an additional monitor, just add that has the stopping distance between two shades.because air in a very low heat --
conductivity.no need to buy a little too thick, it is only a faint shadow enough, for stopping by all the changes, the maximum heat through the air between two slab.so transfer.the reduce heat radiation to the other problem is, or at the transparent outside the sliding door placed so that it absorbs the radiant heat.or just use the curtain on the outside of the door the same day.
